Fem Associates Nigeria Limited HSE Policy implied that –
Fem Associates Nigeria Limited Management has planned her HSE management in compliance with statutory law.
Environmental Policy
To attain continuous improved performance.
Fem Associates Nigeria Limited and its contractors will:
- Ensure that set targets are improved upon through frequent appraisals of performances.
- Minimize impact on vegetation.
- Ensure that all Fem. contractors comply with set targets and standard.
- Ensure adherence to all HSE programs. Adequate disciplinary measures/rewards are put in place for erring and deserving staff, which shall form part of staff assessment.
It is the responsibility of line Managers to ensure the safety of the entire workforce. If it is unsafe to continue with any work process, the employee should stop work immediately and report to the next higher supervisor. Safety is every one’s responsibility
